1. There are no shipping and handling costs on any of our products unless it is previously discussed, you live in Alaska, or Hawaii or your order is under $50, then you will be charged a $10 shipping and handling fee. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, you will be notified by e-mail of the additional costs involved before your order is placed with the mill. Once you have been notified of the additional costs and approve them, we will then place your order! In the event you receive a custom or volume quote the shipping charges are then listed on your quote in a seprate charge and the free delivery does not apply to a custom quote.

2. Returns must be made within 15 days after delivery. If for any reason it is longer than 15 days, returns will not be accepted! There are no restocking fees on orders under $600.00 in value. Any orders over $600.00 are charged a 25% restocking fee. NO exceptions! Any damaged or defective goods will be replaced as soon as possible. Any custom , special and clearance orders are not returnable.

3. Any credits issued will be made by the same method of original payment. All credits are also issued after authorization by management within 30 days of that authorization date. Unless otherwise posted, all notices will be in the form of email.

4. Customer Service hours are from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday thru Friday, Eastern Standard time. Emails will also be answered during those times.

6. Methods of payment: We accept Master Card, Visa and American Express. We also accept checks online or they can be made out to:

6. All orders usually arrive within two weeks if for any reason it will be longer you will be notified by e-mail or telelphone.

7. Purchase Orders - We do accept purchase orders with proper credit reference and approval of purchase order. All terms are met 15 days from delivery of product. There is also a $600 minimum for all purchase orders.

8. Damages / Defects - All damages must be reported back to us within 2 days of delivery.. It is solely up to the customer to make sure there order is checked out at time of delivery when the product is delivered. If for any reason the products are not checked at time of delivery it is considered delivered in perfect condition. Any damages reported after the delivery would be considered damaged on site and would be the  responsibility of the customer. All damaged / defective products will be replaced as soon as possible.

9. Fist Time Buyers Discount - The first time buyers discount only applies to new customers and only applies to listed web prices. The First Time Buyers discount does not apply to custom quotes or volume quotes.
