If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange it for another product. If your order is over $600.00 it may require a restocking fee. Please check with us before placing a large order to see if this applies. There are no shipping and handling costs on any of our products unless it is previously discussed, you live in Alaska, or Hawaii or your order is under $50, then you will be charged a $10 shipping and handling fee. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, you will be notified by e-mail of the additional costs involved before your order is placed with the mill. Once you have been notified of the additional costs and approve them, we will then place your order! In the event you receive a custom or volume quote the shipping charges are then listed on your quote in a seprate charge and the freedelivery does not apply to a custom quote. Returns must be made within 15 days after delivery. If for any reason it is longer than 15 days, returns will not be accepted! There are no restocking fees on orders under $600.00 in value. Any orders over $600.00 are charged a 25% restocking fee. NO exceptions! Any damaged or defective goods will be replaced as soon as possible. Any custom , special and clearance orders are not returnable. If returned, credit will be issued back via the original payment method and must be returned within 15 days of delivery. Return Shipping is solely the responsibility of the customer. Product must be unused and packed in it’s original undamaged packaging. Items not returned in their original undamaged packaging can result in either a repacking charge or refusal of return and will be sent back to customer at customers expense.

We are not responsible for returns that do not have tracking/delivery confirmation showing that the package was received in our warehouse. Be sure to return the items via a traceable method such as UPS or FedEx.

Orders that are in stock will ship the same day or following day. Orders that are out of stock usually take 2 weeks before they ship please check with us on how long it will be exactly if you need something in a faster time frame other than a two week delivery. Most united Receptacle orders are made to order and some can take up to 4 weeks.
