Once used the vacuum can only be replaced with another vacuum if you have any warranty issues. Once used the Vacuum is no longer returnable and will be refused for return if the vacuum has been used. As always we stand behind the Rubbermaid brand and will issue a refund if the product is defective or replace depending on the situation.
