Shipping Damage

Any shipping damages must be clearly marked on the bill of lading with the driver/shipper at time of delivery. If you do not check your delivery and sign for it as complete in perfect condition, there is nothing we can do and it will be considered delivered in perfect condition. Damages / Defects - All damages must be reported back to us within 2 days of delivery and noted on bill of lading with delivery person present. It is solely up to the customer to make sure there order is checked out at time of delivery when the product is delivered. If for any reason the products are not checked at time of delivery it is considered delivered in perfect condition. Any damages reported after the delivery would be considered damaged on site and would be the responsibility of the customer. All damaged / defective products will be replaced as soon as possible..

Returns & Exchanges

DB Industrial Supply guarantees your satisfaction! If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange it for another product within 15 days of delivery. If your order is over $600.00 it will require a restocking fee. Please check with us before placing a large order to see if this applies.

There are no shipping and handling costs on any of our products unless it is previously discussed, you live in Alaska, or Hawaii or your order is under $50, then you will be charged a $10 shipping and handling fee. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, you will be notified by e-mail of the additional costs involved before your order is placed with the mill. Once you have been notified of the additional costs and approve them, we will then place your order! In the event you receive a custom or volume quote the shipping charges are then listed on your quote in a seprate charge and the free delivery does not apply to a custom quote.

Returns must be made within 15 days after delivery. Returns can not be used and must come back in original packaging. If for any reason it is longer than 15 days, returns will not be accepted! There are no restocking fees on orders under $600.00 in value. Any orders over $600.00 are charged a 25% restocking fee. NO exceptions! Any damaged or defective goods will be replaced as soon as possible. Any custom , special and clearance orders are not returnable.

If returned, credit will be issued back via the original payment method and must be returned within 15 days of delivery. Return Shipping is solely the responsibility of the customer. Product must be unused and packed in it’s original undamaged packaging. Items not returned in their original undamaged packaging can result in either a repacking charge or refusal of return and will be sent back to customer at customers expense.

Parts orders:

All Parts orders are final. No retunrs on any parts purchased. Please doubel check your model numbers and information supplied at time of order to be sure you are recieving the right parts.

We are not responsible for returns that do not have tracking/delivery confirmation showing that the package was received in our warehouse. Be sure to return the items via a traceable method such as UPS or FedEx.

 

Shipping and Delivery

Georgia Mills Direct LTD offers the following shipping methods: USPS, UPS, Fedex and Freight

 

Orders that are in stock will ship the same day or following day. Orders that are out of stock usually take 2 weeks before they ship please check with us on how long it will be exactly if you need something in a faster time frame other than a two week delivery. Most united Receptacle orders are made to order and some can take up to 4 weeks.

Canadian orders are all subject to Broker fees and duties and customs. This is the sole responsibility of the customer. If an order is refused due to any duties broker fees or customs customer will be refunded purchase price minus any shipping fees we incur. 

Information Collection and Use

Georgia Mills Direct LTD is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. Georgia Mills Direct LTD may collect information from our users at several different points on our website.

Order

We may request information from the user on any order form. Here a user must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer’s orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.

 

Cookies

A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s hard drive containing information about the user. Georgia Mills Direct LTD may use cookies during the order process.

 

Log Files

We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

 

Sharing

We may use outside shipping companies to ship orders, and credit card processing companies to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.

This website takes every precaution to protect our users’ information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line.

 

When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just ‘surfing’.

 

While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line. All of our users’ information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted to within our offices.

1. 4. Customer Service hours are from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday thru Friday, Eastern Standard time. Emails will also be answered during those times.

6. All orders usually arrive within two weeks if for any reason it will be longer you will be notified by e-mail or telelphone.

7. Purchase Orders - We do accept purchase orders with proper credit reference and approval of purchase order. All terms are met 15 days from delivery of product. There is also a $600 minimum for all purchase orders.
