• Maximum weight capacity is 350 lbs (which is also one of the GSA standards the stool is required to meet). Step stool glides easily on retractable rubber casters. When weight is put on the step stool, the casters retreat and forces the stool to sit flat on floor on its outer rim. Caster spring is included with the 2523-L1. Casters do contain metal parts.
